What is it that seems to be draining you lately with your kiddos? As a juggling mama tending to all that you manage, I’m sure the list could be extensive. Whether you stay home, work from home, work full-time or part-time you manage a lot, more than you probably acknowledge in a given day. And it can get TOUGH, but you’re doing it! Many moments throughout the day can drain you and bring you down making you feel defeated. If you equip yourself and have a plan to attack that gray cloud that seems to dominate your joy and temperament on the daily, you can tackle and overcome the problem! Whether it’s your kids fighting AGAIN for breathing on each other, the repetitive sound of your own voice reminding your children to do their chores, or telling them once again to get shoes out of the hallway, it can take you down if you let it.
The good news is YOU have control of how you react and handle it, and you can make a plan to address it in a different way. I suggest you start with the event that is predictable and seems to bring you to the point of yelling or screaming, or making you want to throw in the towel. Mamas, there’s hope! It’s hard and draining, and sometimes feels like you’re sinking deeper and deeper into the sand, but you can do this! I’d love to give my ideas, input and tricks that have worked for me over the years. Identify what that cloud is, what is one thing you want to work on and see change?
